(OTCQX: OTCM), operator of regulated financial markets for 12,000 U.S. and global securities, today announced the fourth quarter 2024 performance and quarterly rebalancing of the OTCQX® and OTCQB® indexes, including the OTCQX Canada Index and the OTCQX Dividend Index.

The OTCQX Composite Index (.OTCQX), a benchmark for the overall OTCQX Best Market, was down 9.8% in Q4 2024. 32 new companies joined the Index while 31 companies were removed. Aduro Clean Technologies (ADUR) went to NASDAQ on 11/7/2024. Mackenzie Realty Capital (MKZR) went to NASDAQ on 11/11/2024. Exodus Movement (EXOD) went to NYSE MKT on 12/18/2024.

The OTCQX Billion+ Index (.OTCQXBIL), which tracks the performance of $1 billion-plus market cap OTCQX companies was down 10.0% in Q4 2024. 6 new companies joined the Index and 4 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Dividend Index (.OTCQXDIV), which tracks dividend-paying U.S. and international OTCQX companies, was down 9.6% in Q4 2024. 12 new companies joined the Index, while 9 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Banks Index (.OTCQXBK), comprised of OTCQX community and regional banks, was up 11.4% in Q4 2024. 6 companies joined the Index while 7 companies were removed.

The OTCQX International Index (.OTCQXINT), a benchmark for international OTCQX companies, was down 10% in Q4 2024. 19 new companies joined the Index while 21 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Canada Index (.OTCQXCAN), which tracks Canadian OTCQX companies index was down 12.3% in Q4 2024. 16 new companies joined the Index while 18 companies were removed.

The OTCQX U.S. Index (.OTCQXUS), a benchmark for U.S. OTCQX companies, was up 9.8% in Q4 2024. 13 new companies joined the Index while 10 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Cannabis Index (.OTCQXMJ), a benchmark for cannabis companies, was down 42.3% in Q4 2024. No new company joined the Index while 1 company was removed.

The OTCQB Venture Index (.OTCQB), which tracks the overall OTCQB Venture Market, was down 11.2% in Q4 2024. 106 companies were added to the index while 99 companies were removed. BioSig Technologies (BSGM) went to NASDAQ on 10/23/2024. Thumzup Media Corporation (TZUP) went to NASDAQ on 10/29/2024. Alpha Cognition (ACOG) went to NASDAQ on 11/12/2024. BioHarvest Sciences (BHST) went to NASDAQ on 11/12/2024. TSS, Inc (TSSI) went to NASDAQ on 11/14/2024.

All indexes are market capitalization-weighted and adjusted on a quarterly basis for additions and share changes over 5% during the months of March, June, September and December. In the case of ADRs, the DR ratio is considered. Dividends are re-invested as of the close of business the day before the ex-dividend date.
