SHANGHAI, April 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ECARX Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECX) (“ECARX” or “the Company”), a global mobility tech provider, today announced that the Company’s board of directors has approved an additional US$20 million in share repurchase authorization under the share repurchase program adopted on December 20, 2024 as well as an extension to its term. This approval brings the total repurchase authorization under the program to $40 million and its term is now extended to March 31, 2026.
