As the exclusive retail factory-outlet shopping center developer for The Elf on The Shelf holiday programming, Tanger Outlets and The Elf on the Shelf invite families on a Scavenger Hunt journey via entertaining and interactive clues to uncover a variety of Scout Elves hidden throughout each center.
