Shook & Stone Promotion of Kevin Kampschror, Esq. to Partner

Shook & Stone is pleased to announce the promotion of Attorney Kevin Kampschror, Esq. to the Workers’ Compensation Partner.

Kevin has been the Managing Attorney for Workers’ Compensation since 2015. Prior to that, Kevin worked for Shook & Stone as a Social Security Disability Attorney. Prior to joining Shook & Stone in 2014, Kevin worked in criminal defense. Kevin and his team have developed and grown the workers’ compensation division to be one of the largest in the state of Nevada.

Not only is Kevin an excellent Attorney, Kevin also strives to give back to the community in several different ways. Kevin has been recognized by the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada multiple times as being in the Top 50 Club for pro bono hours. Kevin also volunteers his time through the Inmate Mediation Program in Federal Court acting as a Mediator for inmate civil rights lawsuits, the Children’s Attorneys Project representing foster children, and representation of criminal defendants at various stages. Kevin is on the National Commission for the AntiDefamation League (“ADL”) as well as the Regional Board for ADL Nevada. Memberships include Nevada Justice Association where he currently co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, Nevada Disability Prevention Coalition, and is involved in the LGBT section of the Nevada State Bar. Kevin has been featured in multiple times in Nevada Lawyer Magazine, as well as the Advocate.
