Presented by Attorney Rebecca S. Spinner, Esq., the workshop, titled “Estate Planning 101: Secure Your Legacy,” will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of essential estate planning strategies. Topics will include the differences between wills and trusts, strategies for avoiding probate, asset protection techniques, long-term care planning, minimizing estate taxes, and bloodline planning. 

As a compassionate advocate for the aging population, Attorney Spinner has helped individuals and families prepare for their future needs while preserving their assets and minimizing risks, expenses and taxes. In this free workshop, she will emphasize the importance of foundational estate planning documents, explain what they are, and discuss why everyone aged 18 and above should have these tools in place.
