-- LOS ANGELES - No Matter What Recovery has announced that seasoned therapist Jessica Steinman (she/her) will take on the role of Chief Clinical Officer for the Los Angeles substance abuse and mental health treatment program’s inpatient and outpatient services.

Steinman is a licensed therapist specializing in marriage and family counseling and sex addiction. Her extensive knowledge and vast experience in mental health treatment including sex and love addiction and sexualized drug use uniquely qualify her for this position. A fierce ally of the LGBTQ+ community, her experience includes working independently and in leadership positions at other programs treating individuals, couples and families. In addition to her role at No Matter What Recovery, she maintains a thriving private practice and serves as a consulting therapist and facilitator for Seeking Integrity, a program for male sex addicts and betrayed partners.

Jessica spent the early years of her career working in the entertainment and events industries. From this, she gained a sensitivity and deep understanding of the experiences and challenges that professionals, especially artists, struggle with while maintaining healthy and balanced lifestyles.

Jessica lives in the valley with her daughter, Ruby, and enjoys their time together as she focuses on “just being a mommy.”

No Matter What Recovery offers a number of psycho-educational therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The program also facilitates group discussions focusing on trauma, relapse prevention, chemsex, healthy communication skills and goal-setting. No Matter What Recovery operates 5 sober living facilities in Los Angeles housing 40 clients at any given time as well as a detox facility that will accommodate 12 clients as of next year.
