Minim Announces CFO Resignation and Transition Plan

MANCHESTER, NH - (NewMediaWire) - August 10, 2023 - Minim, Inc. (NASDAQ: MINM), the creator of intelligent networking products under the Motorola brand, announced today that Dustin Tacker has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2023 to pursue new career opportunities. His resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company. Mr. Tacker is committed to an orderly transition of his duties and will stay with the company until the earlier of August 31, 2023 or when the Company and Mr. Tacker agree.
