Carlos A. Pacheco is Promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Enterprise Client Experience

Carlos is now responsible for leading the Bank's client relationship surveys to drive improvements, implementing transformative changes across the organization’s client contact center, driving the adoption of artificial intelligence initiatives with the goal of enhancing client interactions, spearheading bank-wide process improvements and executing experience management strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction. He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment to drive organizational success and ensure that the Bank’s strategies align with client needs and expectations.

Carlos has been with Peapack Private since 2018, successfully managing the deposit operations and electronic banking divisions, where he placed a strong emphasis on process automation and the organization’s digital banking strategy. A highly qualified and professional banker, with 25 years of extensive experience in banking and operations, he joined Peapack Private from New Jersey Community Bank (NJCB) where, as the head of operations, he managed a team of branch locations, overseeing retail sales, administration, and customer service. Prior to NJCB, Carlos was the retail operations manager at 1st Constitution Bank. He also worked for National City Bank, Orlando, Florida and Independence Community Bank in Staten Island, NY.

Carlos attended The College of Staten Island (CUNY), has completed course work with the Center for Financial Training (CFT) and has completed Community Bankers Financial Education (CBFE) training programs including Bank Secrecy Act, Bank Security and Retail Banking training.
