SMEV Has Appointed Noah Wagler as the CEO and President, With Plans of New Division Launch on October 1st

In conjunction with his recent appointment, Mr. Wagler has begun supporting his vision with an initial investment of more than $25,000 by acquiring SMEV stock in the open market over the past couple weeks.

This marks the beginning of a transformative chapter for SMEV under the leadership of CEO Mr. Wagler.  

In his new position, Noah will be forming a strategic team dedicated to regenerative farming and agriculture technologies, aiming to secure multiple contracts and agreements that promote sustainable products and processes, significantly benefiting the consumers.

Next week, Simulated Environment Concepts will announce the commencement of a rebranding initiative for SMEV and its new revenue-generating venture. SMEV’s objective is to initially create direct-to-consumer opportunities, with plans to launch sales on October 1st.

Newly appointed CEO, Noah Wagler, expressed, "We are thrilled about these new initiatives and the positive effect they will have on the future growth and profitability of SMEV. At present, I have obtained a commitment for 2,500 cattle for our direct-to-consumer arm. This division’s estimates have us netting approximately $12.5 million."

In the short term, the Company will launch:

  • A new direct-to-consumer website, along with all supporting social media platforms which will begin the rebranding of SMEV.
  • Initiate discussions for joint ventures, new subsidiaries, and work with established revenue-generating companies to support growth and asset accumulation for SMEV.
  • Create synergistic opportunities with existing companies within the Amish community.

Mr. Wagler and his team's objective will be to integrate established companies into new revenue-generating ventures and subsidiaries for SMEV.  These new ventures and opportunities will implement regenerative farming and agriculture practices within the livestock and seafood sectors for the benefit of all.
