(TSXV: MMA) (OTC Pink: MDNGF) ("Midnight Sun" or the "Company") announces that, further to its September 16, 2024 news release, the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development has issued a 14 day extension to allow additional time for the Geological Survey Department of Zambia to perform a site visit and complete the associated site verification report regarding the Company's Large Scale Exploration Licence 21509-HQ-LEL (the "Licence").
