Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Announces October 2025 Distribution

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 15, 2025) - Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NWH.UN) (the "REIT" or "Northwest"), a global investor and operator of healthcare infrastructure assets in North America, Australasia, Brazil, and Europe, announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.03 per unit for the month of October 2025, representing $0.36 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2025, to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2025.
