Open Project Night Houston 2024 to Kickstart: Free Collaboration Opportunity for Entrepreneurs, Start-Up Founders, and Students

(Beni Ancheta, NewsUSA Reporter) - Open Project Night is a monthly event presented by Impact Hub Houston, a perfect venue to pitch ideas or solutions to Houston’s most pressing issues and have someone to collaborate with. 

The event will kick off on Wednesday, March 20, 5:30 - 8 pm CDT at the Impact Hub Houston office, 1801 Main St, 10nth floor, Houston.

 

Anyone can attend, with a special invitation to change-makers, social entrepreneurs, and impact supporters. Reserve a spot here

 

The event will start with an open networking for 30 minutes. 

 

The Project Presentation and Q&A session will follow for 40 minutes, where 1-2 guest speakers will kick it off. Anyone in attendance can pitch their ideas for a maximum of 2 minutes. Ideas must be in line with the theme: From Idea to Impact. They must introduce themselves, their project or idea, the stage they are at (testing, implementation, etc.), the next steps, and specific talents or skills needed from the community. 

 

The next 45 minutes is for attendees to connect and collaborate with their colleagues. 

 

Open Project Night will be an ongoing monthly event every third (3rd) Wednesday. New theme that conforms to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will be chosen every month.
