AUSTIN, Texas, January 27, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Dr. Steven J. Dell at Dell Laser Consultants is the first in Austin, Texas, to treat cataract patients with the IC-8® Apthera™ IOL since its U.S. FDA Approval.
