Gist will lead interdisciplinary teams, partner with clients and contractors to exceed expectations and support the development of next-generation talent. Gist obtained a Masters in Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman. With over 20 years of experience in complex mixed-use projects, including multifamily, student housing and design-build delivery, he is a widely recognized leader in the Pacific Northwest. Gist values sustainability and has been involved in a number of LEED projects, including projects achieving the highest level of certification — LEED Platinum.
