Todd Nixon Becomes Majority Shareholder of Cramer & Associates

Jack Cramer & Associates, Inc., a leading provider of consultative services in the financial services industry, announced today that Todd Nixon has become a majority shareholder and will remain as President of the company. As part of the agreement, the company will now operate under the name Jack Cramer & Associates LLC (Cramer & Associates). The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Mr. Nixon brings nearly two decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry to his expanded role. His appointment as majority stakeholder in the company follows his recent appointment as President. "We are thrilled to have Todd as our majority shareholder and President," said Jack Cramer, founder of Cramer & Associates. "His leadership and vision have been invaluable, and we are excited to see where he will take us next."

With Mr. Nixon at the helm, Cramer & Associates is well positioned to continue to be a leader within the industry.
