Kelly Vaughan selected as Business Innovator of the Year by IAOTP

Kelly Vaughan, Businesswoman, Entrepreneur, and Business Innovator of JAG Products Inc. was recently selected as Business Innovator of the Year for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, remarkable resilience and proficiency in all her entrepreneurial pursuits.

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 10 business leaders who display extraordinary merits are chosen for the Business Innovator of the Year award. These professionals are chosen for these distinctions based on their years of experience in the field, professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, and contributions to their communities. Kelly has dedicated her life to being a leader who is creative and passionate about her work. She has achieved many years of continuous success and will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala being held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas this December.

Kelly is being recognized as a Business Innovator for dedicating more than 2 decades of her professional experience to multiple industries, for her visionary leadership in the business world, and for pursuing entrepreneurial ventures that also pay it forward to her community. Kelly is the Founder of JAG Products, Inc., and JAG Organic Supply, LLC. She has displayed success as a Project Manager, Sales Manager, Business Innovator and thriving entrepreneur.

Kelly’s impressive repertoire of prior corporate roles that inspired her to pursue her own successful business-owner path, have included Sales Marketing Coordinator, Industrial Solutions and Tapes Specialist, and Senior WEB Processing Sales Specialist for 3 M.

JAG Products, Inc. has been recognized for the premium quality and unique innovation with their insulators for electric fencing specialized for the agricultural markets. Kelly achieved a US Patent for the INVERSE(tm) Insulator, which is their original electric fence insulator to mount to the front or back of a T-post. JAG Products is dedicated to innovation and technology. They are the first to develop unique products such as the GLOW in the dark insulators that absorb light and glow in the dark in order to see the perimeter of the fence lines.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of St. Catherine.

Throughout her illustrious career Kelly has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. In 2019, she was featured on the famous Reuter’s Building in Times Square and was selected as Top Business Professional and Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). This year she will receive her recognition from 2020 as Empowered Woman of the Year and she is being considered for induction into IAOTP’s Hall of Fame.
