A go-getter, Joseph started a job as a sales manager in the new state. At this time, he discovered the program of famous entrepreneur and online marketer, Douglas James. After extensive research, he immediately enrolled in the course to sharpen his online marketing and sales skills.

After a couple of years of cementing his digital marketing career, Joseph recently established Add Ads Marketing Group LLC to improve the lives of struggling people who need to succeed in their businesses.

“Although there isn't an easy, standardized business growth strategy for small business owners, there are ultimate tactics you can use to boost your business development. The tactics may include carrying out a lot of research about your industry, practicing corporate social responsibility, building a sales funnel, and forming intentional partnerships’ says Joseph. 

The ardent marketer observes that you may also need to innovate customer retention strategies, surround yourself with mentors to guide you, consider licensing your small business, extend to new markets, participate in networking events, and diversify your products or services. 

Joseph also advises that as a small business owner and a digital marketer, you should always learn from your experiences and adapt to the nature of your surroundings, and you will succeed. "As a veteran, I have learned that not all scenarios are perfect. When others experienced in separate fields join forces, the team becomes stronger and can conquer more ground. Without my friends and family's help, I would not be where I am today," adds Joseph.
