Troy Shelton selected as Top Occupational Therapist of the Decade by IAOTP

Ms. Shelton is a dynamic, results-oriented leader and is the Founder and CEO of Better Medicine Better Life. She received her Occupational Therapy degree in 1996 after transferring to the University of Washington School of Medicine. Troy has extensive hand therapy training and obtained her CHT in 2006. She is certified in functional medicine, ergonomics, upper extremity re-posturing dynamics, and weight training, dynamic and kinesiotaping, and Graston Technique.  Her Emotion Code and Body Code energy medicine certifications were obtained while training with Dr. Bradley Nelson at Discover Healing.
