The Kemp, Ruge & Green Law Group is proud to announce the addition of Nittaya Rossomondo as an associate attorney. Nittaya has more than 17 years of litigation experience and will be focusing her practice on criminal defense, premise liability, personal injury, motor vehicle crashes, and community association law.  "We are excited to have Nittaya join our firm," said founding partner John Kemp. "Her wealth of experience and knowledge will be a valuable asset to our team."  

Nittaya earned her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law and was awarded a full academic scholarship her junior and senior year from the Minority Participation in Legal Education. Prior to earning her law degree, she also received her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Florida State University. 

After graduating, Nittaya served as an Assistant Public Defender in the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida for thirteen years. As an Assistant Public Defender, she represented her clients in all aspects of criminal defense in misdemeanor, felony, and delinquency proceedings. In 2017, Nittaya left her role in public service to pursue a career in private practice. Nittaya spent nearly four years representing insurance carriers and their insureds in first party property and automobile negligence cases. At this stage in her career, Nittaya has decided to return to her roots and represent individual clients rather than insurance companies.
