Mr. Van Natten's impressive and versatile legal skills guide his clientele in areas related to family law, personal injury law, municipal law, and the creation of wills. He is proficient in obtaining settlements in divorce cases, including the division of assets and child custody. Mr. Van Natten has acquired many monetary settlements for personal injury victims from motor vehicle accidents and premise liability cases. He also handles traffic violations, land use, and zoning issues. He has won Appellate cases, including L.E. v. Plainfield Public School District. Aside from these legal capabilities, Mr. Van Natten devotes some of his practice to estate planning for clients who request simple wills for clients who require more complex planning for their estates.

Before embarking on his current professional career path, Mr.Van Natten attended Boston University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Policy. In 2000, he completed his studies at New York Law School and earned his Juris Doctor. In addition, Mr. Van Natten was admitted to practice law by the New Jersey Bar.
