About Cabling Installation & Maintenance

Our mission: Bringing practical business and technical intelligence to today's structured cabling professionals

For more than 30 years, Cabling Installation & Maintenance has provided useful, practical information to professionals responsible for the specification, design, installation and management of structured cabling systems serving enterprise, data center and other environments. These professionals are challenged to stay informed of constantly evolving standards, system-design and installation approaches, product and system capabilities, technologies, as well as applications that rely on high-performance structured cabling systems. Our editors synthesize these complex issues into multiple information products. This portfolio of information products provides concrete detail that improves the efficiency of day-to-day operations, and equips cabling professionals with the perspective that enables strategic planning for networks’ optimum long-term performance.

Throughout our annual magazine, weekly email newsletters and 24/7/365 website, Cabling Installation & Maintenance digs into the essential topics our audience focuses on.

  • Design, Installation and Testing: We explain the bottom-up design of cabling systems, from case histories of actual projects to solutions for specific problems or aspects of the design process. We also look at specific installations using a case-history approach to highlight challenging problems, solutions and unique features. Additionally, we examine evolving test-and-measurement technologies and techniques designed to address the standards-governed and practical-use performance requirements of cabling systems.
  • Technology: We evaluate product innovations and technology trends as they impact a particular product class through interviews with manufacturers, installers and users, as well as contributed articles from subject-matter experts.
  • Data Center: Cabling Installation & Maintenance takes an in-depth look at design and installation workmanship issues as well as the unique technology being deployed specifically for data centers.
  • Physical Security: Focusing on the areas in which security and IT—and the infrastructure for both—interlock and overlap, we pay specific attention to Internet Protocol’s influence over the development of security applications.
  • Standards: Tracking the activities of North American and international standards-making organizations, we provide updates on specifications that are in-progress, looking forward to how they will affect cabling-system design and installation. We also produce articles explaining the practical aspects of designing and installing cabling systems in accordance with the specifications of established standards.

Autism Response Team Opens New ABA Therapy Center

-

Autism Response Team (ART), a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and family-centered autism services across Texas, has officially opened a new clinic in Celina at 245 S Preston Rd, Suite 110. This expansion marks an important milestone in ART’s continued commitment to serving children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in fast-growing North Texas communities. The new center is now accepting new families.

Founded by autism advocates and clinical professionals Joey Resweber and Lisa Mousselli, the Autism Response Team specializes in delivering personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy designed to build functional communication, improve social behaviors, and promote independence. With its newest clinic in Celina, ART brings its unique, family-inclusive model of care closer to Collin County residents—reducing barriers to early intervention and comprehensive autism support in rural and suburban areas.

“Our goal has always been to meet families where they are, both geographically and emotionally,” said Lisa Mousselli, co-founder of ART. “Opening in Celina allows us to reach more families in underserved areas who need immediate, individualized care for their children. We’re not just a clinic, we’re a full support system.”

The Celina center offers the full continuum of ART’s services, including in-clinic ABA therapy, in-home and in-school support, community-based interventions, and telehealth sessions. Each client begins with a detailed behavioral assessment to create an individualized therapy plan aligned with their developmental goals. These plans are continually adjusted through data collection and progress monitoring to ensure the best possible outcomes over time. In addition to direct therapy, ART provides robust parent education programs and sibling support groups, fostering inclusive progress within the family unit and extending therapeutic impact into everyday life.

A distinguishing feature of ART is its emphasis on whole-family care. From parent coaching to sibling playgroups, the organization’s approach empowers caregivers with tools to reinforce therapeutic goals at home. “Parents aren’t just observers in our program, they’re active participants,” said Mousselli. “That’s what leads to meaningful and lasting progress.”

Celina's rapid population growth, particularly among young families, made it a natural choice for ART’s next location. The new center expands access to services in the region alongside existing locations in McKinney, Prosper, and Tyler. As with all ART locations, the Celina clinic is staffed with board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and care coordinators who undergo rigorous training and ongoing professional development. Beyond therapy, the team also partners with local schools, physicians, and community organizations to ensure holistic support for clients throughout their journey and promote successful long-term outcomes.

“Our team is highly trained and deeply passionate about making a difference,” said Joey Resweber. “Every child is unique, so every therapy plan is, too. We’re proud to bring that level of care to Celina.”

ART’s expansion also reflects the growing demand for high-quality autism services across Texas. With over 200 professionals on staff, the organization continues to invest in clinical innovation, staff development, and inclusive community partnerships. Insurance plans vary by location and service type, and families are encouraged to contact the clinic directly to learn more about coverage and availability.

The new Celina center is open Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate families’ needs. ART invites prospective families to schedule an intake call, tour the facility, or attend one of its upcoming community open house events this fall.
