"Two Sides, One Story" is about Monique Del La Rosa and Octavia Grimsley, two girls who are attending the same middle school in the small town of Acre Way. With five serial killers on the loose in town, Monique lives her life as cautiously as possible. No one in Acre Way can truly tell who is a friend and who is a foe. As Monique is walking home one afternoon in the pouring rain, she runs into a mysterious man. From this point forward, her life starts to turn around. Adolescent feelings for the stranger bloom, a love that makes her blind to all the warning signs.

Octavia, on the other hand, struggles with her day-to-day life. She is afraid of becoming the kind of girl that her Mama always warned her about. Although she lives with her five adopted brothers, Octavia desperately tries to find her path.

About the Author
Harley Guerrero grew up in Dallas, Texas, before moving to Priddy, Texas, where she graduated from high school. Guerrero spends her days reading, writing and listening to music. Guerrero lives with her six dogs, one cat, one rabbit, three ducks and three chickens. She loves horror movies and all things Halloween.
