About the Authors
Professor Theodora Koziol, a respected expert in Early Childhood Education, currently serves as the Director of the Montessori Early Childhood Center in Massachusetts and is a participant in the prestigious Certificate in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) program at Harvard University. With a longstanding dedication to nurturing young learners, Professor Koziol continues to advance her leadership in the field while also enjoying a rich family life. She and her husband are the proud parents of two successful sons, and they cherish time spent with their families, including three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys walking, spending winters in Florida, and supporting causes close to her heart, particularly St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Missy Maloof, a Massachusetts native, is the creative mind behind the beloved Puppy Adventures series. She lives with her husband, Matthew, in Massachusetts, where their home is happily shared with a lively pack of Golden Doodles and one spirited Dachshund. A former Early Childhood Educator, Missy first met Professor Theodora Koziol while studying Early Childhood Education-an encounter that blossomed into a mentorship, professional collaboration, and lasting friendship. Missy is the proud mother of two children: a son currently studying history in college and a daughter who serves as the Director of Parks and Recreation in their hometown. When she's not crafting her next puppy tale, Missy enjoys spending time with her family, reading romance novels, shopping, and visiting loved ones in Florida. She is currently at work on the third installment of the "Puppy Adventures" series-stay tuned!
