About the Author
Ron Scaggs is a Vietnam veteran and retired law enforcement officer with a distinguished 44-year career. He served in the Saint Louis Police Department across patrol, vice, and homicide divisions, and later retired as Chief of Police in Festus, Missouri. Drawing from his real-world experience, Scaggs brings authenticity and insight to this powerful story of transformation and hidden truths.
