About the Author
Frater C.D.M. is the pen name of Aron Bijl, a Dutch psychologist with a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. He has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed studies, including research on retroactive practice effects and questionable research practices in (para)psychological science.

Beyond academia, Bijl has spent over a decade practicing Hermetic Qabalah, treating it not as doctrine but as a living system of symbolic introspection. His unique approach combines empirical inquiry with the inner disciplines of transformation and ritual.

He is also the creator of Alchemy Audios, an audio project dedicated to immersive esoteric education through sound design and guided voice work. His interests include spiritual psychology, symbolic systems, and the deeper architecture of consciousness.
