Progress Continues on New McDonald's in Colony Ridge

CLEVELAND, Texas - Aug. 8, 2025 - PRLog -- Construction is moving forward on the new McDonald's located at 1466 County Road 3549, Cleveland, TX 77327, with the recognizable golden arches signage now installed. The site's steady progress is an exciting visual milestone for Colony Ridge residents.

The building structure is well underway, with crews actively working to prepare both the interior and exterior for future stages. The addition of the official signage signals an important step toward completion, giving the community a first glimpse of what's to come.

While no official opening date has been announced, the visible progress is a positive sign for Colony Ridge, as the new McDonald's will bring a convenient dining option right into the community.

For families in Colony Ridge, the upcoming restaurant is expected to offer another place to gather for a quick meal after school activities, enjoy a weekend breakfast together, or meet up with friends over coffee or lunch.
