UK Financial Ltd Board of Directors Approves The Listing of Both Wrapped Maya Preferred PRA (WMPRA) & Maya Preferred Retirement Plan Program Wrapped Token (RPWMPRA) Prior To Its SEC Filing On Becoming Fully Compliant.

LONDON - Sept. 11, 2025 - PRLog -- UK Financial Ltd is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the listing of Both of wrapped tokens on Cat.Ex Exchange.

The tokens, Wrapped Maya Preferred PRA (WMPRA) and Maya Preferred Retirement Plan Program Wrapped Token (RPWMPRA), are designed to enhance transparency and build value for coin holders prior to the company's SEC filing.

The actual transfer of 23M Maya Preferred PRA (MPRA) tokens used to fund this transaction was sent from the uk-financial-ltd-corporate-assets.eth wallet to the uk-financial-ltd-irrevocable-treasury-vault.eth both of these wallets are owned by UKFL and are held at Coinbase. *Maya Preferred Retirement Plan Program Wrapped Token (RPWMPRA)*
RPWMPRA is price pegged to MPRA after revaluation and has a verified contract address on Etherscan: (0x8a0e1804a55d64fB0157D7961f47EBCd535780f2).

Each RPWMPRA token equals ownership of MPRA/SMPRA at 400,000x leverage, meaning a $1 price movement in MPRA/SMPRA equates to a $400,000 change in RPWMPRA value.

MPRA tokens held under the Retirement Plan will be auto-converted to RPWMPRA at the set ratio. The listing of these wrapped tokens are part of the company's efforts to become fully compliant with the SEC for its ERC 3643 Security Token, Maya Preferred PRA Preferred Class Regulated Security Token (SMPRA).
