Restaurateur Pietro Cimino, owner of Mama Cimino’s Pizza in Las Vegas and Pizza Bar in Laguna Beach, CA has launched a line of original products as an extension of his businesses. Cimino’s claim to fame is “A Taste of Tradition” from Mama’s cookbook to your kitchen cabinet. The company’s flagship product is Pietro’s Favorite Italian Lemon Ice. The product comes in two flavors: Original Italian Lemon and Italian Strawberry Lemon, and is manufactured in the U.S.A.

Additionally, Cimino has rolled out 4 new fruit juice flavors: Original Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava Juice and Watermelon Habanero Lemonade. The fruit juices come equipped with their own dispenser, which makes it easier for the establishment to serve the juices, keep track of sales and potentially increase their profit.

Pietro was brave enough to take the (calculated) risk of venturing outside of the walls of his brick-and-mortars, with the objective of expanding his brand. Tradition, quality, and affordability are the core values that afforded the Ciminos over 30 years (and counting) in the ever-so-speculative restaurant business. By expanding their operations into the wholesale/retail space, Pietro’s Favorite is creating new revenue streams, diversifying their interests and increasing their market share, all while introducing themselves to new markets.

Pietro’s Favorite has partnered with a well-known food and beverage distributor and has made their products available nationwide. Currently, the product is being sold at restaurants (and other establishments) in Wisconsin, Nevada, California, Arizona and Illinois. However, the products are available anywhere in the U.S. upon request.

Pietro’s Favorite Lemon Ice can be sold as a slushie, a mixed drink cocktail, or as a traditional lemonade. Pietro’s Favorite Lemonades come with 4 new and delicious flavors, as well as a dispenser ensuring ease when serving the product.
