About Cabling Installation & Maintenance

Our mission: Bringing practical business and technical intelligence to today's structured cabling professionals

For more than 30 years, Cabling Installation & Maintenance has provided useful, practical information to professionals responsible for the specification, design, installation and management of structured cabling systems serving enterprise, data center and other environments. These professionals are challenged to stay informed of constantly evolving standards, system-design and installation approaches, product and system capabilities, technologies, as well as applications that rely on high-performance structured cabling systems. Our editors synthesize these complex issues into multiple information products. This portfolio of information products provides concrete detail that improves the efficiency of day-to-day operations, and equips cabling professionals with the perspective that enables strategic planning for networks’ optimum long-term performance.

Throughout our annual magazine, weekly email newsletters and 24/7/365 website, Cabling Installation & Maintenance digs into the essential topics our audience focuses on.

  • Design, Installation and Testing: We explain the bottom-up design of cabling systems, from case histories of actual projects to solutions for specific problems or aspects of the design process. We also look at specific installations using a case-history approach to highlight challenging problems, solutions and unique features. Additionally, we examine evolving test-and-measurement technologies and techniques designed to address the standards-governed and practical-use performance requirements of cabling systems.
  • Technology: We evaluate product innovations and technology trends as they impact a particular product class through interviews with manufacturers, installers and users, as well as contributed articles from subject-matter experts.
  • Data Center: Cabling Installation & Maintenance takes an in-depth look at design and installation workmanship issues as well as the unique technology being deployed specifically for data centers.
  • Physical Security: Focusing on the areas in which security and IT—and the infrastructure for both—interlock and overlap, we pay specific attention to Internet Protocol’s influence over the development of security applications.
  • Standards: Tracking the activities of North American and international standards-making organizations, we provide updates on specifications that are in-progress, looking forward to how they will affect cabling-system design and installation. We also produce articles explaining the practical aspects of designing and installing cabling systems in accordance with the specifications of established standards.

ClickFunnels Connect 2025 Unites Funnel Hackers Worldwide

ClickFunnels successfully hosted its highly anticipated ClickFunnels Connect, drawing more than 100 in-person attendees and over 2,000 live-streamed viewers from around the world.

(PRUnderground) May 28th, 2025

Russell Brunson’s ClickFunnels, the leading platform for sales funnels and online marketing, spearheaded its first of many ClickFunnels Connect events. With support from the Prime Mover and ClickFunnels teams, the event delivered a high-impact, fast-paced educational experience designed for both newcomers and seasoned funnel hackers. The May 16 event took place in Salt Lake City, UT, with over 100 in-person attendees and 2,000 virtual attendees from around the globe.

“We wanted to bring our community together in a way that was intimate, actionable, and scalable,” said Brunson, host of the event and co-founder of ClickFunnels, who, with the help of Todd Dickerson, grew the business to over $100 million without venture capital. “ClickFunnels Connect isn’t just a one-time gathering,” he continued. “It’s the beginning of a global movement where funnel hackers can learn, grow, and lead in their own regions.”

The event featured powerhouse speakers, including Bridger Pennington, founder of Fund Launch, and McCall Jones, actress, singer, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Charisma Hacker. They joined Brunson in delivering bite-sized, impactful sessions on funnel strategy, hook creation, traffic growth, and offer design.

“It was amazing to see so many people not just learning, but laughing and connecting. We’re not just building funnels, we’re building community, confidence, and real momentum,” said Dickerson. “These entrepreneurs are hungry for tactical knowledge, and we gave them strategies they can use starting today.”

The schedule included informal morning meetups, recorded customer interviews, and networking opportunities like private dinners, which created space for authentic conversations and deep relationship building. The event also featured live-streamed content and active social media engagement, extending the experience to ClickFunnels’ global audience.

As part of the closing session, Brunson invited attendees to host their own ClickFunnels Connect events. The response was overwhelming, with nearly 90 participants expressing interest in becoming regional hosts.

“ClickFunnels Connect is now a global initiative,” Brunson announced. “We already have events confirmed in Barcelona, Utah, and Canton (Atlanta), with many more coming soon. Whether you’re in Australia, London, or anywhere in between, we want you to lead your community.”

These localized events are part of ClickFunnels’ broader strategy to strengthen community engagement, deliver up-to-date marketing education, and empower local leadership. Each event will be featured on the ClickFunnelsConnect.com platform, where the on-demand replay of the Salt Lake City event is also available.

Key Takeaways:

  • Over 2,000 people joined virtually, with 100+ in-person attendees.
  • Practical, focused sessions covered funnel hacking, traffic growth, and hook creation.
  • New events are already confirmed across the U.S. and internationally.
  • Community members can apply to host their own events via ClickFunnelsConnect.com.

As the ClickFunnels community gears up for summer and beyond, ClickFunnels Connect is set to become the new cornerstone of connection, strategy, and global growth.
