Jim Cymbala, senior pastor of The Brooklyn Tabernacle, and Carol Cymbala, Grammy Award–winning choir director, will host The Calling: Burning Words and Joyful Praise Conference from September 26–28, 2025, in New York City.

The Calling Conference is designed to encourage, refresh and equip those serving in any form of ministry through two specialized tracks. The Burning Words track will focus on helping pastors, ministry leaders, and church workers. It is for anyone who wants to do more in their calling, whether they are a seasoned pastor, a volunteer leader in a jail Bible study or someone faithfully serving in their local church who desires to go deeper in their calling. The Joyful Praise track will serve worship leaders, choir members, singers, and music ministry teams, moving them to deeper spiritual impact through music and worship.

“I’ve had the privilege of pastoring for more than five decades, and I know firsthand the challenges and blessings of ministry,” said Pastor Jim Cymbala. “The Calling is about helping leaders and worship teams go home with a renewed heart and a fresh fire for what God has called them to do.”
