Pampa Metals Announces Name Change to Andina Copper

July 31, 2025 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Pampa Metals Corporation (“Pampa Metals” or the “Company”) (CSE: PM / FSE: FIR / OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to announce that it proposes to change its name to Andina Copper Corporation.

The change of name reflects the company’s evolution into a leading South American focused copper explorer holding two significant discoveries and a compelling undrilled copper-gold target along the world’s premier copper producing belt.

The Canadian Securities Exchange will publish a bulletin announcing the effective date of the change in the Company's name and it is anticipated that the common shares of the Company will commence trading under its new name of Andina Copper Corporation on or about August 5, 2025. The Company's trading symbol will change to ANDC. The CUSIP and ISIN numbers will change to 03421C108 and CA03421C1086 respectively.

 

No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share and warrant certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
