10-22-2022, 1800 E PCH, Wilmington, CA 90744 Find Homeless People, Inc. Is Providing Free Medical Services and Lunch to Homeless with the Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF) Mobile Clinic

Find Homeless People, Inc., a California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization partnered with the Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF).

This week (October 22, 2022) at 10 am to 12 noon at 1800 E Pacific Coast Highway, Wilmington, CA 90744, Find Homeless People and CNHF will provide free medical services and lunch to anyone in need.

Together, our goal in Los Angeles County and Orange County is to help provide health care access to those who need it most.

Each week, Find Homeless People, Inc. and CNHF’s mobile clinic set up in various locations throughout Los Angeles County to provide a free healthy lunch and medical services to those in need who don’t have the ability to visit any of CNHF’s network of Medicare-certified federally qualified health centers serving Los Angeles County and Orange County.

CNHF’s medical professionals also work the mobile clinic and will visit the community’s most impacted areas such as the encampments found beneath freeways and densely populated streets. Medical services offered include, but are not limited to:

– COVID Vaccines/Testing
– Physical Exam
– Staple or Suture Removal
– Basic Meds Refills
– Wound Care
– Screen for STI’s including Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea
– Referrals to HIV and STI Treatment
– PrEP and PEP Services

A free, bountiful, healthy lunch is provided for those in need at the location who visit the mobile clinic and take advantage of our medical services outreach program.

There are no gimmicks. Lunch and medical services are provided for free at our mobile clinic and lunch service setups.

FindHomelessPeople.org asks if you know of a homeless or underserved community that needs access to medical services and a nutritious lunch, please contact their office and they will arrange to send the mobile clinic to that location.
