About Cabling Installation & Maintenance

Our mission: Bringing practical business and technical intelligence to today's structured cabling professionals

For more than 30 years, Cabling Installation & Maintenance has provided useful, practical information to professionals responsible for the specification, design, installation and management of structured cabling systems serving enterprise, data center and other environments. These professionals are challenged to stay informed of constantly evolving standards, system-design and installation approaches, product and system capabilities, technologies, as well as applications that rely on high-performance structured cabling systems. Our editors synthesize these complex issues into multiple information products. This portfolio of information products provides concrete detail that improves the efficiency of day-to-day operations, and equips cabling professionals with the perspective that enables strategic planning for networks’ optimum long-term performance.

Throughout our annual magazine, weekly email newsletters and 24/7/365 website, Cabling Installation & Maintenance digs into the essential topics our audience focuses on.

  • Design, Installation and Testing: We explain the bottom-up design of cabling systems, from case histories of actual projects to solutions for specific problems or aspects of the design process. We also look at specific installations using a case-history approach to highlight challenging problems, solutions and unique features. Additionally, we examine evolving test-and-measurement technologies and techniques designed to address the standards-governed and practical-use performance requirements of cabling systems.
  • Technology: We evaluate product innovations and technology trends as they impact a particular product class through interviews with manufacturers, installers and users, as well as contributed articles from subject-matter experts.
  • Data Center: Cabling Installation & Maintenance takes an in-depth look at design and installation workmanship issues as well as the unique technology being deployed specifically for data centers.
  • Physical Security: Focusing on the areas in which security and IT—and the infrastructure for both—interlock and overlap, we pay specific attention to Internet Protocol’s influence over the development of security applications.
  • Standards: Tracking the activities of North American and international standards-making organizations, we provide updates on specifications that are in-progress, looking forward to how they will affect cabling-system design and installation. We also produce articles explaining the practical aspects of designing and installing cabling systems in accordance with the specifications of established standards.

Ethereum Price Prediction: If ETH Hits Over $5,500 Could This Altcoin At $0.10 Rise Over 20x

The latest Ethereum price prediction has ETH traders eyeing $5,500 in the near term after a surge of institutional inflows into spot ETFs and corporate treasuries. Ethereum, now at $4,405, continues to gain mainstream traction, with analysts projecting long-term highs of $7,500.

Yet despite the bullish case, some argue Ethereum’s size limits its ability to deliver exponential gains. That’s why investors are turning to Remittix (RTX), an altcoin priced at just $0.1030, which experts say could rise over 20x before ETH hits its next milestones.

Ethereum Price Prediction Points to $5,500 Near-Term

The latest Ethereum price prediction has put ETH firmly in the spotlight as Wall Street analyst Tom Lee forecasts a climb toward $5,500 in the coming weeks. Ethereum is currently trading around $4,405, supported by a wave of institutional inflows. Spot Ethereum ETFs have already absorbed more than $1.3 billion in just four days, with $455 million flowing in on Tuesday alone.

This surge reflects a strong appetite from corporate treasuries as firms like BitMine, The Ether Machine, and SharpLink collectively hold over 3.37 million ETH, worth billions at current levels.

On-chain whale activity is also rising, with a single major purchase this week totaling $164 million in ETH. Derivatives markets mirror this demand, with futures open interest now at $63.7 billion.

While the near-term Ethereum price prediction points toward $5,500, Lee maintains a much bolder long-term view. He projects Ethereum could reach as high as $60,000 within five years, citing blockchain applications, tokenization, and artificial intelligence as drivers. He describes ETH as “the biggest macro trade for the next 10 to 15 years.”

Why Remittix Could Rise Over 20x Before Ethereum

Despite the strong institutional case for ETH, many analysts argue that Ethereum’s market cap makes exponential gains harder to achieve. That’s why attention is shifting toward Remittix (RTX), a PayFi altcoin currently priced at just $0.103.

Analysts suggest that while the Ethereum price prediction points to gradual growth, Remittix’s early-stage trajectory offers room for 20x or more in the next cycle.

Remittix is solving the $19 trillion remittance problem with direct crypto-to-bank transfers across 30+ countries.

Key Highlights Behind Remittix’s Growth

  • 639M+ tokens sold
  • BitMart and LBANK listings confirmed
  • Q3 2025 wallet beta supporting 40+ cryptos and 30+ fiats
  • Flat fees and real-time FX quotes for global payments
  • Merchant-ready Pay API for freelancers and businesses

Conclusion

The Ethereum price prediction near $5,500 underscores ETH’s strength as an institutional asset, but its growth curve is now slower compared to emerging projects. Remittix, with its exchange traction, funding success, and adoption-first roadmap, offers the kind of exponential upside Ethereum can no longer deliver.

Analysts argue that RTX at $0.103 could deliver immense ROI clinching $2 before Ethereum comes close to its long-term targets, making it one of the hottest altcoins to watch in 2025.
