Federman & Sherwood Investigates Trionfo Solutions, LLC (“Trionfo”) for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Trionfo Solutions, LLC (“Trionfo”) with respect to their recent data breach. Between December 4, 2023, and December 6, 2023, Trionfo’s network experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. Upon discovery, Trionfo immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After reviewing the impacted data gathered during the investigation, Trionfo determined that certain individuals’ sensitive and personal information was accessed. Trionfo maintains this information on their network in connection with services they provide for individuals regarding their Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and / or the MetLife Legal Plans product or coverage (as well as many of the nation’s top insurance agencies).

The type of information potentially exposed includes:

• Full name
• Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Address
• Other sensitive information
