In addition to an analysis of the pandemic's effects on these communities, and a profile of each, the whitepaper includes the nine best and promising practices that economic development organizations can implement to become more resilient, especially to pandemics."Since Hurricane Katrina in 2005, IEDC has infused support, expertise and resources into struggling, disaster-affected American communities and organizations.
