Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. Consistent with his prior experience, Mr. Abou-Sabh will focus on securing large-scale program management assignments from state transportation authorities, principally in connection with funding substantially provided under the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA).

Nationally recognized for his ability to build client relationships and manage billion-dollar projects, Mr. Abou-Sabh will play a pivotal role in advancing and expanding Bowman’s transportation practice nationwide. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Abou-Sabh has managed large-scale transportation projects for operators of highway, rail, airport and transit systems throughout the United States.
