CCM Holdings Company LTD. Purchases the I.P. GoGreen Mobile Ride Share of Missouri

United States, 5th Aug 2023, King NewsWire GoGreen Missouri will begin providing rideshare services in St. Louis first, then expanding their market space to include Columbia, Kansas City, and Springfield by the first quarter of 2024.

GoGreen of Missouri, a unique rideshare company under the TNC Transport Network Company SEC classification, will be launched in October of 2023. The CCM Holdings Company LTD. acquired the intellectual property rights, and the territory of Missouri in June of 2023. The rideshare service will be launched as a “Pay-in Platform” where drivers pay a flat fee per day and gain access to GoGreen’s technical platform that allows passengers to locate drivers depending on their availability. By adopting this model, GoGreen of Missouri is offering drivers a chance to operate a micro-business, leveraging the company’s technical platform and controlling their business operations independently.

GoGreen of Missouri offers a new alternative that prioritizes the needs of drivers and provides them with a fair and equitable platform. With GoGreen, drivers operate their own small businesses. Service operations will begin in St. Louis before expanding to other major cities in Missouri.

The GoGreen of Missouri technical platform is designed to be user-friendly, with features that make it easy for drivers to operate their business. Fares are estimated to be fifteen to twenty percent lower than their rideshare competitors in Missouri. The platform also offers in-app payment processing and 24/7 customer support.

The name GoGreen Mobile Rideshare Application is the intellectual property of Founder and CEO John Alvarez. All trademarks and copyrights are reserved in the United States until 2030. GoGreen Mobile Rideshare Application plans to expand its services to other cities in the United States and continue to improve its platform to provide an even better experience for drivers and customers alike.
