Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims on Behalf of the 162,000 Individuals whose Personal Information was Exposed in the Data Breach at Phoenician Medical Center

OKLAHOMA CITY - July 21, 2023 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Phoenician Medical Center and its affiliate Phoenix Neurological & Pain Institute and Laser Surgery Center ("PMC"). On or about March 31, 2023, PMC detected unusual activity on its internal network, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, PMC confirmed that cybercriminals accessed and/or acquired certain files on its system. PMC further determined that the files accessed or acquired by cybercriminals contained the sensitive personal information of more than 162,000 patients, including:

  • Names
  • Dates of birth
  • Diagnosis and treatment information
  • Prescription information
  • Health insurance information
  • Contact information
