Covid-19 still a drag on Medtronic sales, but CEO expects recovery this year

Medtronic Inc. posted lower-than-expected sales for the third quarter, as health care staff shortages brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic meant fewer medical procedures using the med-tech company's products.
