Integrate IQ update adds shared inbox support, expanded workflow triggers, reporting capabilities, and contextual messaging

REDMOND, WA - September 16, 2026 - Integrate IQ, the company behind Message IQ, today announced the general availability of Message IQ 3.0. Full release notes are available on the Message IQ announcements page.

The update broadens how organizations can manage text messaging within HubSpot by allowing SMS activity to appear alongside email and chat conversations through the HubSpot SMS integration. Support and service teams can use the shared inbox and Help Desk environments to view customer communications in one location rather than managing text conversations through a separate interface.

Message IQ 3.0 also expands workflow functionality beyond contact-based messaging. SMS messages can now be triggered from HubSpot objects including deals, tickets, and companies, while existing contact-based workflows remain unchanged.

“This is the most significant release we have shipped,” said Tim Ritchie, CEO of Integrate IQ. “It expands how teams can use SMS within HubSpot and gives them more flexibility to manage customer conversations through the systems they already use.”

The release also introduces additional context for automated messages. Information stored within the HubSpot object that triggers a message, such as a ticket number or delivery date, can be incorporated into the SMS communication. This allows businesses to connect messages more closely with individual customer records and workflow activity.

Reporting capabilities have also been expanded. Delivered, failed, and received messages now create HubSpot events, allowing SMS activity to be reviewed through HubSpot’s native reporting tools. Responses can also appear as contact conversations, with real-time notifications alerting teams when replies are received.

Message IQ continues to scan outgoing messages for required opt-out language and can add the required text when it is missing. Teams using the new shared inbox functionality will need to provide Message IQ with additional HubSpot permissions.

Message IQ 3.0 is available now to existing and new users. Current customers can access their Message IQ account to review the update, while additional release information is available through the company’s announcements page. The update builds on Message IQ’s existing integration with HubSpot and support for Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other CRM platforms.
