Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK), a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services, announced today the release of our 2024 Sustainability Report on Earth Day. Tetra Tech is Leading with Science® to advance our commitment to improve the lives of 1 billion people around the world by 2030. We have positively impacted 625 million people, an increase of 80 million from the prior year, through innovative solutions that create sustainable water supplies, reduce carbon emissions, generate renewable energy, restore biodiversity, and support social and governance programs.

Our 2024 Sustainability Report details how Tetra Tech is Leading with Science to drive progress on our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals that align with our ongoing commitment to the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and Science Based Targets Initiative. Our comprehensive greenhouse gas reporting saw a decrease in emissions per employee (Scope 1 and 2) of 6.9 percent from our 2021 baseline.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive culture where our employees can thrive and achieve their full potential, and track our progress toward workforce gender balance, racial and ethnic diversity, employee engagement, and professional development goals. In 2023 we reported a 12 percent increase in women in management and a 7 percent increase in employees of color.

Our employees participated over 200,000 times in Tetra Tech-sponsored professional development training in new technologies and leadership development. Our award-winning health and safety program continues to be best-in-class, with metrics 73 percent better than industry standards.
