On January 28, 2021, Jeannie Suk Gersen wrote an article for the New Yorker called "Did Trump and His Supporters Commit Treason?" Gersen initially commented "Few events in American history have matched the Framer's definition as clearly as the insurrection of January 6th. For years, Carlton F. W. Larson, a treason scholar and law professor at the University of California, Davis, has swatted away loose treason accusations by both Donald Trump and his critics. Though the term is used to describe all kinds of political betrayals, the Constitution defines treason as "one of two distinct specific acts: levying War against the United States or adhering to our enemies and giving them aid and comfort." According to Larson, the attack on the Capitol and the rioters attempt to stop the certification of the election clearly could be interpreted as "levying war." This article explains to American voters, how Trump also was adhering to our enemies.
Treason is considered the topmost criminal offense in the United States – and for that matter in almost any country worldwide. Larson goes on to say "the Framers (of our Constitution) had a very specific image in mind – men gathering with guns and marching on the seat of government. Few events in American history, if any, have matched that description as clearly as the insurrection of January 6th." In addition, the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3 was written to specifically "bar from holding public office anyone who took an oath to support and defend the Constitution and then 'engaged in insurrection against' such an oath." (ibid).It is no wonder that Donald Trump wishes to change the Constitution of the United States.
Russia's Role:
In a 1956 speech, Khrushchev said: "Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!" Vladimir Putin, raised during Khrushchev's period, intends to destroy our democracy from within – and he is succeeding. The tools used to achieve his goals include hatred, violence, insurrection, antisemitism, cyberattacks, inflation, isolationism, propaganda, and others. He spreads Russian propaganda through the Internet and American TV. For example, Marriott Hotels in the U.S. offer Russian Television (RT) as a channel choice in their hotels across the U.S. It is in English. The Russian Television Network (RTN) is produced out of New Jersey and "brings both local and global perspectives in Russian to the Russian-American community.
For Putin, the Cold War never ended – and has continued to this day. Russian propaganda comes in many forms – all of which are unknown to most Americans. When Putin became president of Russia, one of his first steps was total control of all media. Russian and international journalists were murdered if they opposed Putin. He replaced all forms of public information with propaganda slogans and approved messaging.
In the United States, Trump's slogan of "Make America Great Again" influences people to be loyal to Trump. In addition, Trump's pick for the future director of the Federal Communications Commission, threatens to penalize television networks that criticize the future president. (The Hill.com, 12/16/2024) Such threats are reality in Russia – and Trump and his followers are mimicking the Russian model of government. It is called fascism – total control of public information.

Readers can acquire a copy – it has been released before the January inauguration of Donald Trump. "This report outlines the five pillars of Russia's disinformation and propaganda ecosystem and how these pillars work together to create a media multiplier effect. In particular, it details how the tactics of one pillar, proxy sources, interact with one another to elevate malicious content and create an illusion of credibility."
Among Russia's goals is the elimination of NATO which was created soon after WWII (1947) to establish a balance of world order and the enormous land mass known as the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc countries. When the Soviet Union disintegrated in the early 1990s, many Russians – including a little-known KGB spy named Vladimir Putin - blamed the West and especially the United States. His hatred of the U.S. was instilled at a young age and continued to flourish after Putin became the President of Russia in 2000. In 1997 a book was published in Russia named The Foundations of Geopolitics. Putin was believed to be the ghost writer of this 600+ page book which outlines establishing new military exercises/protocols after the fall of communism, restoring Russia's glory days of the Soviet Union, U.S. withdrawal from NATO and/or the closure of NATO, exterminating Ukraine, and penetrating western powers such as the U.S., Britian, France, Germany, and others. Most issues explained in this Russian book have been realized as of 2023 or are in process.
Project 2025 in the U.S., The Foundations of Geopolitics in Russia, and the book called Mein Kampf written by Hitler in Germany 100 years ago are all interchangeable - they impose the will of one man over the will of the people.
To restore the glory days of the Soviet Union - a time when Putin grew-up - he intends to instill a man or women in power positions of other countries, but who are loyal to Russia or are being bribed by Russians. In the U.S., this person is Donald Trump and in France, Marie LePen received a Russian loan of $9.8 Million Dollars. She is the primary presidential opponent in France. Trump's elder sons have bragged about the Trump Organization receiving $100 Million Dollars from Russian banks - all controlled by Putin and the FSB. The Russian FSB (Federal Security Service) is responsible for counterintelligence, antiterrorism, national financial institutes and banks, and internal security. It is headquartered in the Lubyanka building in Moscow. Vladimir Putin created and led this organization since its formation in 1994. It is one of the successor agencies of the Soviet-era KGB, which in turn was created in 1954 - one year after Stalin's death and during Khrushchev's reign. . During Stalin's time, the Secret Police known as the NKVD or the nickname Cheka, were ruthless. Today, Putin is often compared to Stalin and he appreciates this assessment.
When Trump won this election, he not only disposed of his many criminal charges in the U.S., but also ransomed his life- and that of his family - from imminent danger. Trump was overhead saying that he is terrified of being poisoned. (The Hill, 10/05/23, Cassidy Hutchinson). Russia is famous for KGB poisonings. In fact, Boris Volodarsky wrote The KGB's Poison Factory, From Lenin to Litvinenko, a compelling book that reveals how the Russian KGB intelligence services have regularly carried out bespoke poisoning operations all over the world to eliminate the enemies of the Kremlin. As the President of the United States, Trump is still valuable to Vladimir Putin - but he is playing a dangerous game with a man who has a genocidal appetite identical to Hitler or Stalin.
