DETROIT, MICHIGAN - December 18, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Armando Benitez, chief data & analytics officer and head of AI at BMO Capital Markets, was recently a guest on Benzinga’s All Access. 

Benitez discussed the impact AI is having on the finance industry. The finance industry has thousands of rule-based routines that are well-suited for AI, Benitez told Benzinga during the interview. The whole ecosystem is growing at a pace that lets BMO build the right applications to lower costs and access the right data and technology, he said. 

“The space is evolving at an incredible rate. AI is no longer just an experiment but is making a real difference in our day-to-day,” said Benitez. “At the end of the day, it's not just hype.”
