11400 Commerce Park Drive joins list of portfolio properties with significant EPA distinction

The building scored an 88 out of 100 on the EPA's ENERGY STAR scale, highlighting the building’s superior energy efficiency.

For more than 20 years, the EPA’s ENERGY STAR program has identified the most energy-efficient products, buildings, plants, and new homes – all based on the latest government-backed standards and verified by a rigorous third-party certification process. The ENERGY STAR certification for 11400 Commerce Park Drive, which also includes achieving high indoor air quality ratings, reinforces Comstock’s ongoing commitment to both sustainability and responsible property management.
