2023 was a year of continued growth for Fresh Faces, not only in their patient census, but also in teamwork, aesthetic skills, and most importantly, in their team.
With an average of 145 patients per month, Fresh Faces witnessed significant organic growth, primarily driven by their existing customers’ referrals. This organic growth stands as a testament to the exceptional quality of their services. The founder, Dr. JoDee Anderson said, “Nothing could mean more to us. We’ve been so fortunate to attract the most incredible patients, that working with them inspires me daily to learn and improve.”
Last year, Fresh Faces reached the prestigious top 500 status with Allergen. Acquiring this position, means that they administer more Juvederm fillers and Botox than over 20,000 other Med Spa clinics in the US. This position explains the expertise and reliability of their injectors.
Expansion and Success in New Locations
>> Lake Oswego Location
Fresh Faces Rx opened its Lake Oswego establishment about two years ago, which exceeded all expectations, with its first-year performance surpassing that of what many established med spas would earn after 5 years of their establishment.
The Lake Oswego establishment has a team of skilled experts. Rachel Wold works as manager there, under whom Fresh Faces Lake Oswego thrives. Emilee, their Certified Advanced Esthetician, contributes her expertise to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
The majority of injectable patients there are overseen by Dr. Sherbondy, who is a naturopath and has been injecting for over 15 years. While introducing Dr. Sherbondy, Dr. JoDee said, “He is very focused on patient safety and satisfaction.” “Growth is exciting and safe when we all aim for continuous performance improvement.”
>> Pearl Location
Pearl establishment is managed by Meghan Zimbrick who has been with the Fresh Faces team for over 7 years. Under her management, the Pearl location has seen remarkable growth and patient retention. Dr. JoDee spoke proudly of Meghan, saying, “She is our patient care specialist and most would consider her the face of the business. She relentlessly works to improve patient and employee satisfaction. And, her team loves her as do our patients.”
In order to accommodate the growth at the Pearl location, in 2023, Fresh Faces added 3 more nurse injectors and another MD to their Pearl team.
“These women have come in with strong integrity, an eagerness to learn and perfect their craft, excellent skills, and most importantly, they both share and elevate our business mission,” Dr. JoDee added.
Exciting Announcement!
Following their tremendous success at Lake Oswego and Pearl locations, Fresh Faces Rx plans to launch in a larger space in Slabtown. The grand opening will be this summer. With this new launch, they make their services accessible to an even wider audience.

She added, “We are passionate about challenging ourselves to overcome these stereotypes and judgments, to provide an educationally empowering experience for all patients and learners, and to help our patients achieve their aesthetic goals.”

About Dr. JoDee Anderson
Dr JoDee Anderson, MD is the physician-owner and CEO of Fresh Faces. She has been in clinical medicine for over 25 years. She took over at Fresh Faces Rx in 2015 and has grown the client base from 300 to 13,000 patients in these 8.5 years. Dr. JoDee has a Master’s Degree in Medical Education, and extensive training including, training at Stanford in intensive care, and a fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine. She has certifications in Integrative Nutrition, NLP, and Life Coaching Nutrition.
Recognized as a TopDoc in Portland and nationally in US News and World Report, Dr. JoDee brings a wealth of knowledge to her clinical care, educational endeavors, and speaking engagements.
