Union Strategies Inc. was brought in to help one of its locals administer a plant-wide election using YOUnified (™)'. USI's team members played a key part in assisting members to register using the application, as well as serving help in-person at the plant using tablets to ensure members were able to get on and cast their vote.
The week began before the election in marketing the registration piece in person. USI was able to secure over 1600 YOUnified (™) registrants within three days of being present at the plant.
The days of the election, USI's team was also present to show members how easy it was to vote online and through the app. The feedback clearly indicated the local and its members were pleased with how easy and secure the system was for voting!
