His responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, initiating employee development programs and supervising candidates pursuing ABA certification. He also provides direct ABA services and mentorship for aspiring professionals in the field.

Furthering his industry expertise, Dr. Pierre earned his doctorate in physical education, curriculum and instruction from the Instituto Superior de Cultura Física in Habana, Cuba, in 2004, where he also completed his bachelor's degree with honors. He became a board-certified behavior analyst in 2018 through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, enhancing his expertise in applied behavior analysis and curriculum design. As co-founder, president and leader of Hayti de Demain-Hayti 2050 (Hayti of Tomorrow), he leads a socio-political movement dedicated to uniting Haitian leaders, educators and citizens under a shared vision of national renewal. Through this organization, he and his colleagues are creating frameworks to empower communities, promote education and inspire sustainable growth. Dr. Pierre also serves as co-founder and vice president of The World for Hayti Foundation, which raises funds to support the movement's initiatives. His belief in education as the foundation for change guides his work to cultivate leadership in Haiti and abroad.

In addition to his advocacy and organizational leadership, Dr. Pierre continues to innovate in the education and health care fields. He recently oversaw the creation of a new facility valued at $3 million. Outside his professional commitments, Dr. Pierre values time with his family and personal pursuits that keep him grounded.
