Unit Corporation (OTCQX: UNTC) (Company) previously announced three fourth quarter dividends, each to be paid on December 27, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 18, 2023 (the Dividends). The Company clarified today that since the Dividends in aggregate constitute more than 25% of the closing price of the Company’s common stock on December 11, 2023, per FINRA rules, the ex-dividend date for the Dividends will be December 28, 2023, the first business day following the payment date. Shareholders who wish to receive the Dividends must hold their Unit shares until the ex-dividend date.
