$0.3570 per share dividend declared payable on March 16, 2023

The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) declared today a regular dividend distribution of $0.3570 per share for the fourth quarter of 2022. This dividend will be payable on March 16, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2023.

This is the 74^th successive quarterly dividend that Westlake has declared since completing its initial public offering in August 2004.
