JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. (JPXI), a leading global provider of Japanese financial market data, officially added TDnet disclosure information to the diverse market data it offers via Snowflake’s market-leading cloud platform.
The service offers all TDnet disclosure information of Japanese listed companies. This disclosure information includes:
- Timely disclosure information that must be disclosed to investors immediately after decision or occurrence of events, including financial results, revisions to earnings forecasts and dividend forecasts, and announcements of own stock acquisitions
- Information referred to as inspection documents, including notices of general shareholder meetings, corporate governance reports, and other documents subject to annual submission, as well as revised articles of incorporation and other materials that must be submitted to the stock exchange upon decision or occurrence of events
- Voluntarily disclosed reports, including PR and ESG information (such as integrated reports and sustainability reports), as well as English-language documents
The lineup consists of three services: “TDnet on Snowflake”, “TDnet on Snowflake T+1”, and “TDnet on Snowflake Index”. “TDnet on Snowflake” includes index information of disclosure documents (such as stock name, stock code, title, document classification information, etc.) for the past 5 years and disclosure documents (links to PDFs, etc.) for the past year, disseminated in semi-real-time after disclosure. Meanwhile, “TDnet on Snowflake T+1” offers the same range of information, disseminated on the day after disclosure. Finally, “TDnet on Snowflake Index” offers only the index information of disclosure documents, disseminated in semi-real-time after disclosure.
